  Once you've started, who is my contact if I have a request or if
     there should be an issue?

    Since 1991, your point of contact has always been Chris Kim, who always
    stays on top of every job. Please refer to Chris Kim's contact information
    above.

 

    Chris Kim determines who is going to follow up on the issue depending on the
    nature of the work. It can be either COO of the company, general manager,
    area manager or a supervisor.

 

    Once the order has been satisfied, the job report is submitted to the executive
    assistant, who verifies and closes the job ticket.

 

 

 

 

  We're not happy with the current services, If we hire you, how soon
     can you start?

    Normally, we ask for a 2-week notice before we start the job. However, we
    have started jobs with 1-day notices.

 

    We have hundreds of well-trained and reliable crew carrying out their daily
    tasks. We also have special teams that handle specialty jobs as well as
    urgent set-up jobs. We invariably deliver.

  Are your custodians well-trained?

    We make every effort to hire good, reliable and decent people and then train
    them with highest standards of work ethics.

 

 

 

 

  What kind of supervision do you provide?

    Each building is assigned an area supervisor who is responsible for training,
    and inspecting the work. Those supervisors also make sure that the crew
    has enough supplies and properly maintained equipment to provide quality
    cleaning services.

 

    The supervisors make regular inspections of the facilities and make sure that
    the works are done according to our job manual. If s/he notices any deviation,
    all necessary corrective measures are carried out.

 

 

 

 

  Do you supply the cleaning products, trashbags and restroom supplies?

    GBM provides all the equipment needed to complete the job.

 

    In terms of who provides the cleaning supplies such as trash liners, paper towels
    and restroom paper supplies, it is your choice: you can provide the supplies or,
    if you'd prefer, we can purchase the supplies at the best possible prices and
    attach the receipts to our monthly invoices and get reimbursed at the end of
    the month.

 

    If we purchase the supplies, we do not add handling surcharge.

 

 

 

 

  What other carpet/floor care does your company handle?

    Carpet: Stain removal, Scotchguard, odor removal and deep cleaning to prolong
    the life of your carpet

 

    Floor: Buffing, stripping and waxing. We also handle commercial-grade and
    ceramic tiles, as well as hardwoods and concrete finishes

 

 

 

 

  What type of job experiences do you have?

    Since 1991, we have had maintenance job experiences of major facilities
    throughout the country. For more information, please refer to the menu-bars
